My TV started displaying b&w. Changed HDMI ports. Still the same. Just got a new stick in the mail. Now it's still happening. Changed ports again. My TV is a vizio - could it be the TV? I only have one TV, I don't think I can test it using my laptop. HELP?

Thank you for informing us that your Roku device is showing a black-and-white screen, even with your new Roku Streaming Stick. We are more than willing to take a closer look at this issue.
We recommend following these steps:
- Unplug the Roku device from the Vizio TV.
- Turn the Vizio TV off, then turn it back on without the Roku device connected.
- Check the TV screen to see if it displays a black-and-white screen.
If it does show a black-and-white screen, you should contact your TV manufacturer. If it does not, please let us know.
