• What error messages/codes are you seeing on your screen when trying to update the Roku TV? 
• Are you connected via Wireless or Wired Internet? 
• Are you trying to manually update the TV or does an update prompt appear but will not successfully update?
• Could you send us a photo of the exact behavior of it?
