LGNEO’s screen captures reflect my circumstances as well…
Just thought I would pass along another item I tried. With 4 Roku devices, this was a crazy and elaborate step! I deleted my account and did a factory reset on my Roku devices, deleted the Roku apps off of my apple devices. So I no longer have an account or login. I then installed the app into my iPad with iOS 17.2 only. Lo and behold the situation was the same! I was, according to the app, logged in. Everything was as it was. Questions - why is it I'm logged in without an account. What is in the app or in iOS that will not release? I even deleted the app again and shut off the iPad for an hour without any change.
i then spent the next 2 hours reinstalling the Roku devices and the related apps with passwords. THIS IS INSANITY AT ITS BEST!.
MAYBE - it's time to lick my wounds and start thinking of Amazon sticks since Roku is not offering any help/solutions.
and for me, it's iPad Pro 3rd generation with iPadOS 17.2...
Updates, if any please....
Thanks for keeping in touch!
We still don't have any updates available about this. This is still under investigation, but we hope to find a solution soon.
As soon as we receive any updates, we'll be sure to post them here.
Thank you for your understanding!

Just out of curiosity, are you using an ASUS router?
