Roku Express work connect to Roku App

Hello,
Recently, I reset my Roku Express to set it up for my mother. During the process, a new account was created (the one I’m using to send this message). Since then, I have not been able to connect the Roku Express to the Roku app. Before the reset, both my phone (iPhone) and my mother’s phone (Android) recognized and connected to the Roku Express without any issues.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists:
1. Verified that my phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Roku Express and that I am not using mobile data.
2. Checked that the router does not have isolation rules (AP Isolation, Wireless/Wi-Fi Isolation, Network or Client Isolation) and ensured I am not connected to the “Guest” mode of the network.
3. Hard restarted both my iPhone and my moms Android, uninstalled the Roku app, reinstalled it, and attempted to search for devices.
4. Restarted the Roku Express using the power options in the settings menu.
5. Verified that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network by checking the network settings on both.
6. Tried connecting the app manually by entering the Roku Express’s IP address. It’s says it can’t find any devices.
My Roku Express model it’s: 3930
Despite all these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate further guidance on how to proceed.

We understand you're having trouble connecting your Roku Mobile app to your Roku Express, and we're here to get this sorted out for you.
Since you mentioned that the Roku account on the device was changed, have you checked if the email address was used to sign in with the app?
Both must be logged into the same Roku account to connect your Roku device to the Roku app. Additionally, they should be connected to the same network. This ensures that your Roku device appears as an option for connection in the Roku app.
If you haven't checked that yet, try signing out of the app and signing in using the same credentials as with your Roku device.
