Hi @kispot,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

I understand that your Roku Voice remote is not holding a charge, is that correct?

Just to verify, does the Roku Voice remote come with your Roku TV or did you purchase it separately? If the remote came with the Roku TV, please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
If you need a replacement remote for a Roku TV, you would need to contact your TV manufacturer. For a list of Roku TV manufacturers contact information, visit our Community post here: Contacting Support for Your Roku TV

Please keep us posted.

Best regards,
Mary

Hi @Marcelofortuna,

We appreciate your effort to reach us.

Please be advised that the serial number consists of 12 alphanumeric characters and can be located at the back or underneath the device itself or you can go to Settings > System > About from your Roku device.

For future reference, here's how you can check for the serial number/Device ID: How to find the serial number or device ID for your Roku® streaming player | Official Roku Support

Keep us posted with the details.

Best regards,
Mary
