@Krislum1 @Chadpiet @musicislove
Thanks for the posts.
Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
Thanks,
Danny
@RokuDanny-R here is the information of my Roku.
Model 4800X-Roku Ultra
S# X01000L828T8
Just be aware mine does not do it all the time, Ive just recently noticed it doing the humming like feedback on speakers or such.
Maybe like 2 mic’s too close and loud humming develops.
My software is up to date on the Roku Ultra with 10.5.0
Build 4208
Thanks for the details.

I received an email from support regarding my case number you created.
They said in the very first email that it had been a whle since they had heard from me, although it was the very first email from them.
I replied with the requested information.
Does this sound correct to you?
Is everything ok with this ticket?
regards,

Right I’ve read 4 pages of the same issue and not found an fix yet except to pm you!
It’s clearly a fault and you enough serial numbers now to know the faulty batches I think you need to do a product recall.
Thinking about it I’ve been getting headaches for months now and I’m Wondering if this weird signal is actually dangerous. I’m moving this remote Fromm next to my bed and seeing if this helps.
Karen is right, they should do a recall, they just want the serial to know if you still have a warranty active
Same problem here too! When batteries are in the remote, there's a high pitched noise. Whats the fix?
