I cannot get this to work anymore. It says "Unable to hear you". I have tried in vain for nearly an hour doing various things: unplugging and plugging the device back in, taking the batteries out and putting them back in, pairing the remote, resetting my wireless connection, etc., but nothing helps! I have tried everything but Factory Reset, because I don't want to have to put in my settings all over again, and I don't believe that would work either. I'm about to cancel my Roku account because of this.
A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, @Heather1111__!
I appreciate you reaching out for support about the voice feature of your Roku remote. I'd be happy to find you the best resolution for this.
In this case, I suggest resetting your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try the voice feature again to see if this will make any difference.
Keep me posted on how it goes!
Best regards,
Carly

I did this as well, still not working!
Okay, I finally got voice command working again! I simply followed your steps and got the remote very close to the stick. I then had to call out titles near the stick and finally could sit on the couch with the stick and have it work again. From now on, when not in use, I will keep the remote resting right under the stick, and hopefully this won't happen again.
