I bought two remotes from ROKU on May 8, 2024. I don't need them and want to return them. I followed the instructions from my order page. There was no return option, just Contact Support. I have tried the contact email method multiple times over the last several days, but I just get an OOPS message. Please help.

Carly, I followed all the step-by-step instructions. On my order number, It does not give the return option, even though it's within 30 days. The only option is contact support, and that leads to the OOPS message.
