Did  a reset on tv and it will not connect to any remote I bought three remote

@Shermanpritchet What is the name and model of the TV?  Is this a Roku TV?  A TCL TV with a Roku interface?

In addition to what our Roku Guru asked above, can you also confirm if you've tried the remote that came with that Roku TV/device? What specific remote model have you purchased separately?
