I have the same problem with my right arrow on my device. I have recycled and reset all of my devices at least three times. I have unplugged everything and did a resync. Everything has brand new batteries but the right arrow still continues to lag or not work at all.

I have the same issue on my 4K stick. My older Roku stick works well. Seems the new model has an issue.
This worked for me: Roku, Settings, Advanced system settings, Network connection reset, Reset connection. It will automatically restart. Hope that works for you.

I am sorry that didn't work for you. If the button has to be pushed real hard to make it work won't Roku replace it? It sounds faulty. I have 2 Roku's and mine both work fine. I would try to see if they will replace it. Good luck
