My Roku remote suddenly isn’t working unless plugged in. It keeps flashing on the screen that it’s 100% charged but when I unplug it it no longer works !

If you are experiencing any of these issues with your Roku Voice Remote:

• Won't charge
• Only powers on when plugged into an outlet
• Doesn't turn on or work
• Not holding a charge (e.g., loses charge quickly)

Here's what you can try:

• Test with different power outlets, micro USB cables, and chargers.
• Reset your remote: Press and hold the Back/pairing button and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
