I just got the Roku Voice remote pro 2nd ed. Cannot seem to get the command to work. It continues to say “The remote finder feature cannot be used with the remote(s) currently paired to this TV”. I do not have a Roku tv. It’s a Sony….do I have to go through the Sony tv remote and pair the Roku remote to this?? It is paired to turn tv off and on as well as controlling volume and changing channels by voice command and by hand. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Hi @MW3200,
We understand you're having issues with the Roku remote finder. We're here to help.
Provide us with the model of the Roku device. Additionally, you can locate your remote by using the following:
- Hands-free voice command
- Roku mobile app
- Lost remote finder button on the Roku device (if your device is a Roku Ultra 2024 version)
For reference, visit our Roku support article here.
Hope this helps.
