DIRECTV remote power on and off

My DIRECTV remote will not power my 55inch Hisense Roku tv off and on but it will allow me to volume it. It allowed me to do it but when I ordered a new remote, it didn’t let me do it with it. And the DIRECTV  remote is the same RC73

Try codes under LG or Vizio.
