Does anyone know if the new latest voice remote will work with my Roku Premiere model 392R??

Yes, it should. If you want confirmation, look in the "Settings/Remotes and devices" menu on your Roku. If you see the line "Set up a new device", then you can pair the voice remote with your Roku.

I looked at the list, the Premiere model 391 was listed but not model 392R.  does any one know if the 392r is an older or newer model??

The 3910 is an Express, not a Premiere. The 3920 is a Premiere and it is a generation newer than the 3910.

And according to the Roku accessories page, all models of Premiere support the Voice remote. Note that there's two such remotes, Enhanced Voice and Voice. From the information on the page, the Enhanced Voice remote does not work with your Premiere, only the regular Voice Remote.
