We understand that your Roku remote is not working with your TV, and we would like to assist you further with this issue.
To assist you more effectively, could you please let us know which Roku device you are using? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could specify the type of Roku remote you have. Is there a pairing button located on the back of the remote? Did the system restart by unplugging the TV from the power source? Does this help?
