My simple voice remotes > and OK buttons work intermittently.
I have to press them repeatedly to get the to work.

We suggest pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 30 seconds to reset your remote. After doing so, re-pair it again to see if this will make any difference.

The reset and repairing of the remote doesn't seem to have made any difference.
It seems like the ">" and OK buttons have a different feel to them than they have had in the past. Like they are compromised and getting wore out from being used.
I am having a similar experience with my volume buttons. I'm guessing a bad batch of remotes were produced.

We would like to know the type of Roku remote you have and the serial number of the Roku device with which it is paired. Additionally, please let us know whether this remote was purchased separately or if it came with the device.
