I have a 55 inch TCL Roku tv I bought a replacement remote from Roku Website after verifying the compatible remote, for 9.99, ordered it opened it up, pulled the battery table and it will not work. There is not pairing button either I need help
Does this replacement remote have tv power button and volume keys? Test this remote using your cellphone camera to see if it's sending IR signals. If you can flashes when pressing keys when pointed at the camera it's working, no flashes it's broken.

My dad recently tried a couple of his old remotes on his TCL Roku TV and actually found one that worked. He ordered a replacement from Amazon and gave me his old one...it works on my TCL Roku TV as well! I thought he was crazy at first until I saw it with my own eyes, and the BEST thing about it, is you can use the number pad to select a channel instead of scrolling up or down your channel list!
INSIGNIA NS-RC4NA-16 is the remote number, you can find one on eBay or Amazon for $5 to $10. I hope it works for you too, good luck! 😁
