I would like to control speaker volume with my TiVo Remote. I can’t seem to get the remote to control the speaker volume resulting in having to use 2 remotes.

TiVo remotes can only control devices by IR, Roku wireless speakers do not have IR commands of their own. And Roku wireless speakers only work with Roku tv's and Roku Soundbars/Streambars. So, program the TiVo remote for your Roku Tv, which in turn will control the Roku wireless speakers.
