We appreciate everyone who has informed us about the issues with the Roku remote, and we would like to investigate this matter. To begin, please provide us with the following:
- Remote Model: Get to know your Roku remote model.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
In the meantime, you can install the Roku mobile app as an alternative to a physical remote. It works well with all of Roku's streaming devices or TVs.
