1. Press and hold the Back and Home buttons on the remote simultaneously for about 5 seconds.

2. Unplug the power from your Roku device to reset it.

3. Plug the power back into your Roku device and allow it to reboot.

4. Continue pointing the remote at the Roku device until you see the "Pairing" screen

I need some help. My original remote is NOT working suddenly. Then I bot a few per customer service but still can not pair with My TV 65 inch TCL. I can see IR flashing. I re-set TV. But still not working. Tks

A Roku TV requires a different remote than a player for the IR remote. The Voice Remote can be paired with a TV, but the basic IR remote will not work. You have to get a Roku TV remote for that.
