I am having the same problem with my Roku streaming stick 4k that I bought just about a month ago. Any suggestions on how to fix it? The right arrow is having issues and its quite frustrating!

Our Roku/remote is having the same issue as others on this chat. Our arrow buttons are very hard to press. The arrow right is unable to be pushed at all. Batteries are fresh and the unit is only three months old.
I should not have to purchase another remote.
I sent you, RokuJanadeeK, a PM since I did not receive a PM from you like you said you did. Please respond to my PM with a solution to my right button not working. This issue has been happening to me since I bought the Roku in the summer of 2023. I would like you to send me a new remote. Obviously, this is not a one-off and there are many people with remotes that do not work. Please make it right.
