Remotes

The channel buttons on our voice remote are worn out and difficult to use. 
I ordered a new remote but it is not a voice remote. I can’t get it to work.  Do I need to return it and get a voice remote or can I make this one work?

By any chance, do you have a "stick" model?  Those require Wi-Fi (voice) remotes.  For models without stick in the name (except for a couple of old obscure ones), a basic/simple IR remote should work. (Including third-party remotes.)

Thank you we do have the streaming stick. I never thought about that. Now I know what to do
