Just to clarify, does the high pitch noise happen whenever you're trying to pick an app/channel or when you are in a specific app/channel? Would you mind clarifying when did the issue occur? @RokuCarly The remote makes a high pitched noise whenever I put batteries in it. This happened 4-6 months ago, I couldn’t fix it, and I’ve been using my phone to control the Roku ever since which is not a good experience. The same thing happened a few years ago and I ended up having to buy another remote.
