Thanks for the post and for reaching out about this issue going on.
Could you tell us when you started seeing the issue occur? Aside from changing the batteries, Could you tell us what Roku remote this is right now? Is this a simple remote or a Roku voice remote? If that's a voice remote, then you'll be able to repair it and see if the issue persists after doing that.
Or, provide us with more information about it so that we may investigate it further.
