Thanks for the added information, @Jengo!
My apologies; I must have forgotten to include the links for you to differentiate the Roku Voice Remote Pro from the Roku Voice Remote Pro (2nd edition). No worries! Here's the link: Roku Products | Accessories
In the meantime, here are some steps you can try as a workaround if you can still use your physical remote. If not, you may use the Roku Mobile app:
Check and confirm your Roku voice remote's battery:
If the battery is below 15%, you may recharge it by using a different USB cord (if there are any available).
Additionally, if you want to send a photo of your remote, you may directly post it here or through my inbox. To send a PM, kindly select my username, View Profile, and on the right side of the page, select Send this user a private message.
I'll be looking forward to your update!
Best regards,
Carly
Thanks for your reply Carly. I sent you a PM
I am having the same issue
I am having the same issue. I have tired several charger and cord variations.
my Roku rechargeable voice control, remote has been charging for three days and it’s up to 27%. I know it’s receiving power because the green light is flashing. Any suggestions?
I’m having the exact same issue with my Roku Voice remote. I got a Roku Ultra not even 6 months ago and my remote does nothing unless it is plugged up to the power chord. But it says the battery is at 100% I need a new remote or I’d liked to be refunded for my Roku Ultra if there is no way for you to resolve this. It’s extremely frustrating.
Mine often won’t charge or gives an inaccurate reading. If it does charge it doesn’t charge beyond 70%. And even at 70% charge it’ll show a solid green light as if fully charge, give a false battery reading and deplete back down after one use. I’ve had several Roku remotes now and sad to say they’ve all had issues. Maybe Roku it’s just bad quality. I’m also having issues with my Roku TV disconnecting from apps. And not being able to connect my phone to use as a back up remote. I think it’s a Roku problem.
