I'm having the same issue. I can't even use the remote unless it is plugged in now. and most of the time it still doesn't work. I don't want to keep needing to buy new remotes every couple of months. Has the issue been fixed yet with the model: rc-mc1 ID: tc2-r1039 ?

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with your Roku Voice Remote Pro. This can be found in the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. We'll be able to further assist you from there.

I tried re-pairing. My remote is Model RC795. My device ID is S07P21CAA1PR.

Hi,
I use the remote only for general use not for Voice search or private hearing.
When the battery is low, i charge them. After it is around 90% remove then and use it. within 10 - 15 mins the battery percentage says 0% and stop working. Have tried charging multiple times even overnight. nothing helps.
