Phantom? Button Pressing on TLC Roku Latest Update

This started happening to me today TCL 55" Roku TV. It keeps getting back button signals. Unpaired every remote. Pulled batteries etc. Did a factory reset and now I cannot enter in my email to sign in because every time I enter a letter it gets deleted.

Kindly try to press and hold the Back and Home buttons on your remote for about 30 seconds to reset and re-pair it right after. If the issue still persists, kindly send us a PM here because we'll be asking for more personal information. Just click my username and select "View Profile". You will then be prompted at my page, and on the right side, there should be an option to "Send this user a private message."
