After searching for my issue, I realize I am lucky in a way. I’ve had my remote for awhile after my first one wore out. And once again, I believe I have merely worn out my remote’s okay button. A simple problem to resolve. At first I changed the batteries, but my okay button still was hard to activate. I will get my third replacement remote directly from Roku. Happy viewing to you
