My streaming stick was working fine a few weeks back, but now the remote does not turn Roku on. It will turn off the terrestrial TV, and the volume works, so there is obviously connection between remote and TV, but I can't get it to turn on anything. Setting the TV to the appropriate HDMI port simply shows the name of that port on an otherwise blank screen.
If I press the on switch, a green indicator lights up on the remote for about three seconds but nothing else happens. I have tried pressing the home button ( and all the others) whilst the green light is on, but still nothing.
