roku tv is stuck on this screen. Remote won’t respond, only the home button allows me to navigate. Every time I click a button on my remote, it leads to this screen. Something is not working and I have no idea how to fix this. I have reset the tv, unplugged, tried everything to reset the remote. I can’t even get to settings to do a system reset Contemplating never buying a ROKU tv again!! Any help would be appreciated in this manner.

Can you try taking the batteries out of the remote, unplugging the power for the TV briefly, and then using the mobile app as a remote to see if something weird is going on with the remote?
