Tv is connected to WiFi. Roku Home Screen says not connected and we are unable to navigate up or down or across. It is frozen on Home Screen.

Thank you for informing us about this. We are happy to assist you. Before we continue, could you please let us know which Roku device you have? Also, could you please share with us the type of Roku remote you have? Is there a pairing button at the back of the remote?
We also recommend following our troubleshooting steps to assist you in resolving these remote issues
Restart your streaming device to enter pairing mode:
Use the following steps to restart your streaming device.
- Remove the power cord from your streaming device
- Wait at least 5 seconds
- Re-connect the power cord
Once you see the Home screen, follow the steps in the next section to put your voice remote into pairing mode and complete the pairing process with your streaming device.
If your voice remote has a pairing button, it will be located either on the back of the remote or under the battery cover.
Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash, to put your voice remote into pairing mode.
If your voice remote has a pairing button, it will be located either on the back of the remote or under the battery cover.

Did not work. The words Get in the mood now appear on the Home Screen.

Have you checked the batteries and (re)paired the remote? (Assuming it's a model that uses a Wi-Fi remote.)
