Tv is connected to WiFi. Roku Home Screen says not connected and we are unable to navigate up or down or across. It is frozen on Home Screen.
@BlackDogUSMC Try unplugging the device for at least 30 seconds.
Did not work. The words Get in the mood now appear on the Home Screen.
Have you checked the batteries and (re)paired the remote? (Assuming it's a model that uses a Wi-Fi remote.)
Changed batteries but Home Screen still locked.
