Internet set up without remote or app

I lost my remote as I recently moved. I'm trying to connect my TV but the TV doesn't have the new wifi set up and I'm unable to set it up without the remote or app. The TV itself doesn't allow me to go settings

Sorry, it's simply not possible.  Get a Roku simple TV remote or a cheap universal remote that supports Roku TVs.

We understand you're having trouble connecting your Roku mobile app through your Roku device or TV. We're happy to help. Please be advised that you need to connect your Roku device or TV to Wi-Fi before you can set up the Roku mobile app.

You can buy a Roku remote control straight from our website or via a third-party store such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
