I'm having the issue with the scrolling. I've changed the batteries, unplugged and replugged the power and reset the device. I can't access any of the menus to do any updates or resets from there because of the scrolling, and because my device is going to be set up on a new network I cant use the remote on the app as a fix. What can be done?

We appreciate you letting us know about your Roku remote issues, and we're here to assist you with them. To start with, could you please specify the type of remote you are having issues with, and also let us know which Roku device you are trying to pair it with?
