We sincerely regret any difficulties your remote issue may have caused you, but no worries, we're here to find you the best resolution possible. As a workaround, we can perform a system reboot on your Roku streaming device by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (if this option is unavailable, proceed to the next step) > System restart. Furthermore, please be aware that it is not the same as pressing the power button on your remote or the physical power button on the TV itself. Instead, a system restart is performed by removing the power cord from your Roku device for at least 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
