I'm having the issue with the scrolling. I've changed the batteries, unplugged and replugged the power and reset the device. I can't access any of the menus to do any updates or resets from there because of the scrolling, and because my device is going to be set up on a new network I cant use the remote on the app as a fix. What can be done?
