I have lost the remote to my Roku so I am unable to connect the Roku to the new WiFi. Please help me figure out what kind of Roku remote I need.

I have a remote, and all it's doing is turning the TV on and off. Same with the button, it only has one and all it does is turn it on and off, I held it, spammed every button, nothing is working. I'm not liking roku rn for only pairing the power button

And no, it's not connected to the wifi cause I had to reset it since the brightness fked up, and no it wasn't in power saving mode or anything, it's just a pos trust me.

Hi I have the remote but my tv is not connected to the internet we moved and the remote won’t recognize the t. Because it’s not connected please help

@Ginad572  Roku TVs usually come with IR remotes, so no pairing is required. Make certain your remote batteries are good, and installed correctly. Look at the markings in the battery compartment to ensure you insert each battery correctly. Make certain the bottom of the TV frame isn't blocked by anything that would obstruct the IR signal from the remote being seen by the TV. IR requires line of sight with nothing blocking the path.

This ALMOST worked for me. TV connected to the hotspot, however, the Roku app on the second device said “IP address not supported” when I tried connecting to it in the devices menu. Not sure how you be it past this. Or maybe it’s an issue with iPhone hotspots specifically.

I don't have an iPhone on which to check ...

See if the hotspot on your phone has a configurable setting that isolates multiple connections to the hotspot from interacting with each other.
