Hi!
I am having the exact same issue when attempting to set up a sleep routine on my Smart Bulb - Color.
The Bulb has firmware version 1.1.1.15. The Smart Home app is version 2.7.2. and I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 17.5.
I have uninstalled the app, waited 30 seconds, and reinstalled and the issue still persists.

I am experiencing this issue as well. I have already attempted all solutions suggested so far in this forum: ensured firmware was updated to current version, deleted the app and reinstalled after 30 seconds, logged out of the app and signed back in after 60 seconds, and also deleted the bulb from the app then reconnected it - all of which provided no resolve.
Firmware: 1.0.1.14
Device used: iPhone 15 Pro Max
