Hi Community users!
We appreciate you letting us know about the issues you've encountered with accessing your NFL account on your Roku devices. We'd be happy to provide further information regarding this matter.
If the troubleshooting steps are not effective, we strongly advise you to escalate the matter to the channel's support team. It's important to note that Roku simply hosts the channel on the platform and does not have direct management control over it.
It seems like their app on the Roku streaming platform has an authentication issue. They are responsible for issues like this as they manage and maintain their app independently.
You may reach them here: NFL Support
We hope you find this information helpful.
Warm regards,
Carly

THIS IS STILL HAPPENING. How is this still a problem?? Cannot watch any live streams in the roku app on any of my 4 rokus, but working fine from any other device. Please provide some insight.
Every time this app opens, this policy screen appears, and every time I try to click accept, an error message appears saying, "Something went wrong."

Did they ever solve this problem??I’m dealing with it currently 8 months later!!
I have been having the exact same issue. Was finally able to communicate with nfl customer service and they just keep telling me to restart, unplug, uninstall, reinstall blah blah blah. I have given up and just plan on casting the games from my phone to my tv this season. If the issue is not fixed on their end before next season I won’t renew my nfl+ subscription.
None of that worked either
