Or ask them to try this:
Just got our Ultra 4640X out of restart loop by hard resetting (reset button bottom for 10+ seconds) FOUR (4) times in a row waiting ~5 seconds between each reset!
If you wait a moment after the last reset... it worked for a few of us!

Just as an FYI, you cannot get the Tracker to come up while in Recovery Mode.
My Roku Ultra 4640X is stuck in this boot loop and Recovery mode doesn't work. Here are the details on my device:

Scenario: the roku did a software update. After that it only shows the root boot screen looping. I have tried the reset and the recovery mode software update and it completes the download but still shows the same issue. There is no opportunity to gather a tracking ID.
The device seems inoperable and I’d like to get a working solution asap. Do I need to contact a support channel somehow?
