Your brick will be a brick for few weeks until they reach out to you via email that you used to registered your device. My streambar brick was fixed after about 3 weeks. Wife now has a streamstick brick this week.

ROKU stick problem was resolved in couple days, while the Streambrick took weeks to be resolved.
