Just installed our new Roku TV yesterday: model 55R6AX hardware ID G851x with software version 13.1.4 build 1512-ET. Backgrounds app worked great rest of the first day. But, I felt the 1 hour duration was too long. This morning I opened up Backdrops app settings and changed duration to 5 minutes. I closed the app, hit power button and now just get the Backdrops logo screen - it never loads any pictures. I then went back in the app and changed back to 1hour duration. Still the same. It is like if you open the settings and change the duration setting you break the app. I powered of the tv a couple times and it still happens. Tried changing different backdrops - it still happens. I also just did a system restart and still the same thing. The app seems completely broken ever since changing the time duration.

This is not the solution. It did not work. I followed the instructions which are simple and it did not solve the problem. I suspect this problem is prevalent throughout Roku's entire product line it is just that many people choose to ignore it.
