I have tried adjusting the closed captions at Amazon Prime on the web, but apparently that doesn't affect the Roku settings? On all of the other apps I use (Pluto, Hulu, Britbox, Disney+, PBS Passport) the captions are the correct size, but on Amazon Prime they are HUGE! I have to change the settings when I switch to Prime and then back if I switch to a different app. Is there a way I can fix this? I've reset my Ultra 4801RW and it didn't change anything.
