Resetting Video Settings Blind
Had a situation yesterday where the Roku box was displaying "No Signal". It had power, was on the correct input, and on reset would give the bouncing up and down "Roku" logo, but after that it would revert to "No Signal."
I've had to reset the video before for failed HDCP handshakes, but this was the first time navigating the menu blind.
1) Press "Home" to make sure you're in the home position.
2) Press "Up" to highlight the settings option you can't see. š
3) Press "Right" to enter the settings menu.
4) Press "Down" three times to highlight "Display type".
5) Press "Right" to enter the "Display type menu.
Menu reads:
4K HDR 60fps tv
4K HDR 30fps tv
4K 60fps tv
4k 30fps tv
1080p tv
720p tv
To fix my settings, I pressed "Down" 4 times to highlight "4K 30fps tv" and pressed "OK" to select that.
After a moment, the picture displayed and asked me if it was OK.
