My Roku Express 4K (Model: 3940X2) decided that it's not going to let me see anything after the loading screen.
I have tried on 2 TVs and a PC Monitor, different HDMI cables, USB cables and power supplies. Each time the same issue, I get the jumping Roku logo then a black screen.
I have tried a factory reset by holding the button on the back down for quite some time but I don't see any blinking light to confirm the reset.

Hi, I have the same issue. I’ve tried the reset for more than 60 seconds and the Roku doesn’t blink or so anything for that matter.
To reset a Roku player, it requires pressing AND HOLDING the recessed reset button for a MINIMUM of 30 seconds. The 10 second reset only works on Roku TVs.
The Roku must be powered on while holding the button, so if you tried pressing it with the power disconnected nothing is being accomplished. Disregard anything you see on the TV screen while holding the reset button, and make certain you hold it long enough without releasing pressure on the button. I have on occasion slightly released some pressure on the button and had to start the 30 second count over again.
