It had power, was on the correct input, and on reset would give the bouncing up and down "Roku" logo, but after that it would revert to "No Signal." I've had to reset the video before for failed HDCP handshakes, but this was the first time navigating the menu blind. 1) Press "Home" to make sure you're in the home position. 2) Press "Up" to highlight the settings option you can't see. 😉 3) Press "Right" to enter the settings menu. 4) Press "Down" three times to highlight "Display type". 5) Press "Right" to enter the "Display type menu. Menu reads: 4K HDR 60fps tv 4K HDR 30fps tv 4K 60fps tv 4k 30fps tv 1080p tv 720p tv To fix my settings, I pressed "Down" 4 times to highlight "4K 30fps tv" and pressed "OK" to select that. After a moment, the picture displayed and asked me if it was OK. Re: Does Roku work with Quantum Fiber WiFi 7? I find that Quantum's WiFi 7 doesn't have the same range as their WiFi 6 equipment did. It's very FAST, but over a shorter range. The way I got around this was to connect my own WiFi router to the WiFi 7 pod and set up a 2nd network in the 2.4ghz and 5ghz range, then added a range extender at the other end of the house. So for Roku service, I connect to the WiFi extender, which connects wirelessly back to MY WiFi router, which has a wired connection to the WiFi 7 pod. Contacting Quantum to get an ADDITIONAL WiFi 7 pod to cover the rest of the house was pointless, all they could do is replace the existing pod, which isn't the problem.
