Tv is switching inputs by itself

My tv just randomly flips through inputs without there even being a battery in the remote. Does anyone know what’s wrong with it?

Re: Tv is switching inputs by itself

Thanks for the post.

Are you using other remotes in the same room as the TV for other devices, specifically that would being using IR signals? It's possible that you may be experiencing interference from other remotes.

Please keep us posted.

Re: Tv is switching inputs by itself

We have used our phones as the remote because we thought the remote was the problem but it’s not. The remote has no batteries in it and we only connect one phone
