Tv is switching inputs by itself

My tv just randomly flips through inputs without there even being a battery in the remote. Does anyone know what’s wrong with it?

Thanks for the post.

Are you using other remotes in the same room as the TV for other devices, specifically that would being using IR signals? It's possible that you may be experiencing interference from other remotes.

We have used our phones as the remote because we thought the remote was the problem but it’s not. The remote has no batteries in it and we only connect one phone

For us to isolate the cause of the problem, please provide us with the following information:

-Roku device model
-Serial number
-Device ID
-Software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more information, we will be able to assist you further.
