Acorn TV log in issue on Roku

Hi

We have a Roku tv and account. Also pay for other channels thru Roku but Acorn isn’t appearing in my Roku.com account and Acorn TV doesn’t recognize my sign-in info.

how do I address this so I can watch on my other Roku devices?

It's not clear what you're describing.  Can you watch Acorn TV on any of your Roku devices?
