Same issue, started about a week ago. Cannot use my Streambar SE 9104R, purchased mid-November '24, worked fine until last week.
Now yellow light flashes constantly on front of Streambar but my Hisense/Roku tv wifi and internet connections are fine and excellent.
When I try to access Streambar via HDMI/ARC input (where it has been connected since Day-1), the remote becomes "brick" ie no functions at all.
I can still access tv without Streambar but can't use my AirPods because no BT...
I recently bought a Roku SE.
At first, none of the apps would work; closing as soon as opened. I performed a factory reset.
Now the issue is that the what ever I do, even navigating the menus it goes back the main screen within seconds.
Any help greatly appreciated. And if there is no help, how can I return?

Have had issues since I plugged it in.
I cannot give the tracker ID because the as soon as I select settings, it immediately jumps back to the main screen.

I understand that you're unable to get information from the settings on your Roku since you cannot get to it without kicking back to the home screen.
How about the serial number? This can be found at the bottom of the device. This will help us with the investigation.
